have you ever had a major fail at the salon?
even though my hair was "fixed"
i'm still a little miffed:
if it was done right the first time my hair would still be considered healthy
it's still blotchy
(but 1000x's better than it was)
it took a lot of hours...and ditching of my children...which i'm not a huge fan of.
what i've learned:
you don't necessarily need to get your hair cut and colored by the same person
it's ok to go to two different people
you get what you pay for...so might as well go to the best the first time
(especially if you have a difficult color to achieve)

i'd rather spend $$ on a plane ticket and go to so-cal and visit my family and have my aunt do my hair.
In this pic your hair looks great... but I feel ya, hair troubles are really the worst. (especially when you start thinking about it from the money side!)But really, as far as i can tell in one small picture, it really does look good.
